Ghost Kingfisher

Inspired by the Belted Kingfisher (female). One of the few bird species where females are more colorful than the males! Their characteristic call and intense devotion to sitting on powerlines above streams and rivers staring intently into the waters below makes them one of the more easily recognizable bird species.
