Ghost Kestrel

Inspired by the American Kestrel (male). Their petite features and bobbing portly posture while perched on powerlines along roadways across North America make them near and dear to the hearts of birdwatchers and scientists alike. These small falcons are actually declining in many portions of their North American range and scientists are still studying this phenomenon.
